'Tis the season for the Hustle and Bustle of Holiday Shopping and Shipping! We are striving to make sure that all of our customers receive their gifts and packages as quickly as possible. Below we have posted our Holiday cutoff dates to guarantee that all packages arrive on time for Santa.  In stock items will be shipped the same day the order is received. We strongly urge shipments during the Holiday season be shipped via UPS. This enables us to track your packages quicker and provide accurate arrival dates.

Of course we will still be happy to ship merchandise after these dates, but cannot guarantee that they will arrive before Santa.

Holiday Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days. Dakota's Kabin does not reimburse return shipping charges or shipping charges billed on the original order.

We will exchange or replace the item, issue a full refund, less the shipping cost, or credit your charge account within 30 days of receiving the return. Please note: items that are returned Uninsured and are received by Dakota's Kabin, damaged, will not be eligible for a refund of any type.

Please send the package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured to the address given below.  We ask that you do not send any packages COD, as we will not accept product returns shipped COD.
