WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS If you are a retail store and wish to order from Dakota's Kabin as a wholesale customer, you will need to print out the attached WHOLESALE DEALER APPLICATION. Complete the form and fax it to us at 817-579-9518
along with a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate. Dakota's Kabin reserves the right to refuse wholesale priviledges to anyone.If you are approved you will receive a special code to be used at checkout which will give you 30% off of your order. All orders must be placed through the Dakota's Kabin website.
You must order a minimum dollar amount of $100. All orders will be paid via American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. No COD's or Checks will be permitted.
Please allow 2-6 weeks to receive your order as some items are custom and require more time. Orders will be shipped based on availability. Dakota's Kabin cannot guarantee availability of all items. We cannot guarantee all orders will ship complete, however where possible, we will try to do so. All shipments will ship UPS Ground Service. Please do not select any other option than UPS Ground Service at checkout as we cannot guarantee 2nd Day Air on wholesale orders. No refunds will be made if any other shipment type is selected but UPS Ground Service.
Once the order is placed, no cancellations will be accepted. Additionally, no refunds of any kind will be permitted.
Only defective/damaged merchandise can be returned for replacement merchandise but must accompany an authorized Dakota's Kabin Return Authorization number. No credit card refunds will be issued, the item will be replaced or a credit will be issued toward your account with us. You may obtain an RA# by emailing us at internetsales@dakotaskabin.com Call tags will not be sent, however, upon notification of your return shipping expenses, a credit will be issued toward your account with us. Dakota's Kabin must be notified of defective/damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of goods. Any claims made after 5 days will not be accepted.
